Armenta & Sol, PC began in 2005 as The Armenta Law Firm.  The firm will close during the Fall of 2022 and is not taking on any new clients at this time. The Firm has handled litigation matters in the areas of corporate disputes, real estate, copyright, trademark, idea theft, RICO, support in white collar crime matters, and entertainment.  My goal has been to maximize the client’s recovery or minimize risk and exposure in the most cost-efficient means possible.   Clients exist in a rapidly-evolving world, considering the evaluation of technology, social media and regulatory issues.  General Counsel for high net worth individuals, and manage litigation and transactional matters for our clients.

Armenta & Sol initiated the epic class action against Harvey Weinstein on behalf of a class of women that were harmed by him and his enablers.   Armenta & Sol also takes on a few matters each year that are considered “impact litigation” that involve issues concerning those who have been victimized, whether personally or in business.  Often the two types of damage live side-by-side.
