Successfully negotiated settlement and averted litigation for software developer, achieving primary objective of perfecting software developer's intellectual property rights in the software programs.

Successfully obtained preliminary injunction against former employee of digital advertising agency for appropriation of trade secrets.

Successfully obtained preliminary injunction requiring home audio visual contractor to return source code and passwords for operation of homeowner's Crestron system.
